What the Cologne-born Motorboat enthusiast loves about consulting is the challenge of finding the best possible solution for each customer. Among other things, Colin is interested in marketing, particularly in subjects like customer acquisition and satisfaction. Colin gained his multifaceted experiences in different cities such as Cologne, Hamburg and Berlin. Being responsible for management and coordination of our company, in his free time Colin is a passionate cook and a wine connoisseur.

Anton Hell, with 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, he thoroughly understands the challenges our clients face, having truly "walked in your shoes". Born and raised in Austria, he has lived in Europe, America and Asia, working with international hotel corporations and cruise operators such as Marriott, Penta and Cunard Line. He and his team are passionate about the development of new business solutions and complementary technologies that result in more efficient and successful hotel operations.

Darja Gogunova, Head of Consultancy

Darja grew up in Latvia and Switzerland and has successfully obtained her Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management with a specialization in Marketing from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. Darja has already obtained various working experiences in different European countries. The multilingual travel-loving marketing expert supports the hit-CONSULT team in the fields of consulting and project management.

Catherine Balcerzak-Wimmer, Public Relations Manager

Catherine is originally from Ontario, Canada where she completed her Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Hotel and Food Administration. With past experience in Event Management, Sales & Marketing and a passion for the hospitality industry, we are happy to have her expertise in our Public Relations department.  The travel enthusiast enjoys exploring Berlin and is striving to become bilingual as she continues to develop and perfect her German language skills.

Having studied in Germany at the Europa-Universität Viadrina and at the Manchester Metropolitan University in England, the recent graduate holds a double degree in International Business. With past work experience in the IT industry and hospitality, he is a huge help to our consulting department on current client projects. Born and raised in Berlin, Christoph enjoys being back in Berlin and playing soccer for his hometown team.

Stefanie Häusler, Team Assistant

Steffie- a true Berliner, works with us part time and is responsible for the finance and accounting department. With her 17 years of experience in the hotel industry, she ensures our office runs smoothly and supports our team with administrative tasks. As a young mother, Steffie enjoys being with her family during her time off.

Antje Pflug, Project Manager

Antje Pflug has been holding a managerial position in Sales & Marketing in various hotel chains and tourism enterprises for 15 years. Since 2006 the Berlinerin has been consulting the hospitality industry in the fields of strategy and online distribution. She has also successfully developed an online booking tool specialized for holiday hotels. Antje Pflug currently lives in Hamburg and since 2008 has been supporting hit-CONSULT in project management.
