The Project:
hit-CONSULT supported ROBINSON's project team with planning and implementing a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). The achieved goal of the project was to automate the current CRM processes within ROBINSON, increase the potential of existing customer relationships, and implement comprehensive support of the corporate philosophy by putting the guest in the focal point of all activities and procedures.
